I had my Dremel Micro repaired by the Team. I dealt with John and Louise and both were very helpful and were able to repair my tool very quickly. Very happy with the service. Thank you Lower Hutt Powertool Centre.

Little to say, dropped my nail gun off and 5 weeks later no reply. 2 phone calls later still no reply. Then they try and tell me complete lies trying to change parts that had nothing to do with the fault. Will never go back.
Took my Makita breaker in to get repaired, was given a $400+ quote. Called the Makita service centre in Avalon because I didn't have that much money and they quoted me
Although I didn't purchase anything the guy was cool. Even willing to make a package deal for the maakita package we were seeking. Excellent service. I would definitely shop here in the future. Awesome service. I'm sure my son just wanted a makita bag. Kids are soon picky
