Website said 8pm closing time but when I got there it said 7pm on the window. They need to update their Google opening hours.
As a regular customer of Liquorland Northcross, I was very disappointed today. I arrived at 8:40 PM — well before their 9:00 PM closing time — and was told I couldn't purchase beer from the tap. If the store is open until 9, customers should be able to buy products until then. This kind of experience makes me reconsider returning in the future.
The worst experience ever. Apparently even if go there purchase beer - return for cigarettes and decide to purchase another beer all within 10m without even leaving the shopping complex it is against company policy to get service. What a great way to lose customers and return business. The right staff are critical for a business and unfortunately who ever put a child on the till was in the wrong on this one
I’ve been a regular customer at Liquorland Northcross, but I was quite disappointed during my recent visit. I came in to buy beer on tap, and the staff member didn’t fill the bottle to the 1L mark. It might seem minor, but when you're paying for a litre, you expect to get a full litre — especially as a loyal customer. I didn’t want to make a scene in the store, but I’m honestly surprised by this kind of attitude. Hoping this was a one-off and not a new standard of service.

Lol that blonde hair young lady does not even bother to talk or look at you when you trying to make payment. WORST STORE EVER. LIMITED STOCK WITH TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. STAY AWAY

Asked for ID at almost 33 years of age. I've lived just up the road my whole life and have been served by one of the staff well over a dozen times then when questioned they denied recognizing me. Said it was my local and I'm not going to be coming back and they said good! If I could get my ID back from the people that stole my ute that might help. But now ild rather just go to one of the other shops that recognize regular customers, you know the people that pay / spend money with you. Thanks for the cold business feeling
Such an easy level 3 process! And the staff were super fast and super friendly which became infectious and everyone waiting was in good spirits! I also felt very safe with the covid tracing QR code placed everywhere and in convenient places. Safe distancing was practiced as well! Absolutely amazing experience!! Good stuff team!!!
