10 people on the counter…. Not one of them knew how to order in a part for a fridge that i bought from there!! The only one that knew, was the man who was placed in his viz at the front door. What a waste of time and so frustrating. They just don't care…. Time to shop elsewhere
Absolute worst store to deal with! Rung the day before because we live in wairarapa and asked to have a product put aside so we could travel the next day to collect. Drove all the way there to be told we dont do holds even though I had called and was told yes that would be fine. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, would never recommend dealing with these Absolute clowns. Called to ask what happened and some imbecile just hung up on me.
