   Walked in there, staff member on the phone behind the counter, found the shoes i was going to buy for my todler, asked the server and she started looking until another customer walked in and she diverted all attention to the new customer, when i was standing at the till ready to buy, she then took 2 seconds to come back to me and say she couldnt find the matching shoe. So I just left. I have never experienced bad customer service at the Albany store maybe St Lukes could learn a thing or two from other stores.

   The store is amazingly cool especially their proactive and kind service. A bro with curly hair and wearing glasses ( should ask his name) was giving me an unforgettable nice service and opinions . I tried a few pairs of Dr. martens and finally grabbed one. The shopping experience here was just wonderful. Appreciated!!

   ♿ wheelchair accessible I like this store with the variety of footwear available Especially the casual street and sport styles. I find the staff are consistently helpful most times I go and browse around. Good brands of shoes I like example Supra or Addidas. It is a popular store and one to stop in and have a look.

   Don’t have the girl at the st Luke’s stores name but she was the assistant manager. She went above and beyond to help me with a faulty pair of shoes I brought back. Was outside of the 120 day return timeframe but she still made my return/credit happen. Awesome customer service!

   Didnt even think that we would be greeted so pleasantly after 2 months of reopening and in such a busy time. We were served by Yousef, an amazing, friendly and smiling personality. Great with providing all the services we needed and was talking to us till we left. This guy surely made our purchase worthwhile. Not to forget other guys were amazing too with their job. Great going guys….
