   Wanted to print 10 photos, told estimated 5-10 mins, walked around the store and came back to the counter, told another 5-10 minutes, since I’ve already waited I continued to wait again, approached the counter again when the time passed was told they’re unsure when it will print saying there is an issue w the printer, not approaching me and clarifying that they’re unsure whilst I’m waiting in hopes of receiving my printed photos on the same day is unbelievable, you’d expect to receive nice service but no I wasted 30 minutes almost an hour waiting for my 10 photos to print, I’d understand if the number of prints was higher with the time delay but it’s unprofessional with just 10 photos and the excuse of the printer problem if so then the employees should of told me to come tomorrow I am deeply upset and it has ruined my evening. They gave me a 100 free photo print as an apology only after telling them I can come back tomorrow, as they close at 7pm did they expect for me to wait until closing to receive my photos it is not enough to cover the time I wasted waiting. Please inform customers rather have them waste their time.

   We recently came into HN to buy a few things for our new house. I was not expecting the service we got. Steph was absolutely amazing, she was so knowledgeable and so professional. We went in wanting a washer/dryer and left with an oven and washing machine as well. HN are lucky to have you!
