   OMG, so I was in JB hi-fi to look for some DJI cameras, there was NO staff around to help, as four of them and the security guard were all having little chats in a circle in the corner of the shop, and when I went over to ask for help, they all pointed at someone else to go and help, how good is this customer service? It was like they were comparing. If I could give no stars for customer service, that’s what it would be. I’ll go to a different shop and spend my money.

   Probably the worst experience yet, ordered and paid for an item which you said was in stock, received a text, NO STOCK, order cancelled, now I have to wait between 3-7 business days to get my refund. Real shitty business practices. I will be taking this further. No wonder the commerce commission has a hard one for you!!!!

   I'm from Christchurch and I'm annoyed. I'm quite annoyed that we don't have anything quite as awesome as this place back home. Sure, Harvey Norman is good but JB Hi-Fi is really something else.

   Stood around waiting for someone to help me for about 30min. The gentleman who was on the shop floor with another customer had to go on his break (fair) but didn't first get someone to help me. Just disappeared after being down with the customer ahead of me. It took another 5-10min waiting before realizing no one was returning to the department floor. When I eventually went to the front counter to explain, the person was helpful and kind and apologized for the wait. Helped me then make a buying decision but admited they were not as qualified in that department but did there best. Overall products and prices were good but the basics of customer service were well bellow expectations. I would shop here again (and have had good experiences in the past), however if the the same product was available elsewhere I would probably try there first now as JB is very hit and miss with service.

   Awsome friendly staff who provide an easy shopping experience and provide great products for affordable prices. I purchased a Cannon printer and samsung phone. Thanks to the team at JB for also giving my 2 year old son this awsome spider man as well... Epic... Will definitely be back to purchase electronic goods.
