   I ordered a sundae with 3 of my mates at like 11 and we sat down and started and chatting and like 30 minutes later I look up to see if our drinks are done. And I see their ONE staff member serving Uber drivers and people that went after us. After 30 minutes, not one of the boys drinks had been made. And forgiveness sake, who has 1 staff member running the whole store. There was like 2 other people waiting after us 3. And I couldnt get home because I have a life, because he was too busy keeping everyone happy. I wouldnt recommend coming here at night at all. The staff won't even serve you 30 mins after you've paid for your order. Very poor service

   Self service pump wasn't taking any of my cards, went to pre pay pumps just to be told by the Indian guy he can't help me i need to use the self service side. Not friendly. Called later to speak to the manager and told I can't Safe your self and go somewhere else.

   12.45am Friday 24th of January went here to get a couple things and boy oh boy why is the young Indian boy at the counter so unhappy ?? Made us wait at the door for like 5 mins and when he was serving us he didn't say a single word and kept on going on his phone.... this isn't the first time he's been like this too but I gave him the benifit of the doubt last time thinking, oh maybe he was having a bad time, but I'm Starting to think he genuinely hates his job.... news flash buddy no one is forcing you to work there, why do a customer service role if your attitude it rotten.... also he never wears a name badge, which I assume is because if he did, he would probably have 100's of complaints by now...

   Drove all the way from Tauranga at 11.30pmish 2/09/2022 to get iced coffees to be told they can't make them only milkshakes/thickshakes. It's not the first time we have had this. Last time the person wasn't gonna make them and in the end changed his mind. Wasted gas.

   Great place to fuel up. Went there for discounted petrol today..10c less than some..15c less than most. Even though many others had the same idea, and it was extremely busy, the staff were managing it all with great efficiency and a wonderful attitude. Well done Gull staff!! You're amazing. And to top it off was given a generous coupon for discount on next 3 visits.
