   I came into the Featherstone street store as my AirPods required replacement. The staff who helped me out (both the ladies at around 1pm, and again to collect the replacement set at 5:45) were fantastic and super helpful. Please pass on my thanks and gratitude, great service :)

   Their manager “Cam” is extremely extremely condescending, will blame you for any issue and talk to you like you’re a fool. No idea how he’s the “manager” however going by the other reviews and online posts about him he shouldn’t even be close to that role.

   Komal is the most diligent and incredible salesperson I have come across. I was previously a retail manager and Komal’s service exceeds outstanding. I hope this store knows what a super star they have. She helped me purchase an Iphone 16 Pro Max and patiently explained warranties and various plans to me.    We had a fantastic experience with Emily today. From the moment we walked into the store, she greeted us warmly without being intrusive and helped us find what we needed. What really stood out was how she noticed we were waiting in line to pay and quickly jumped behind the counter to check us out, making the whole process smooth and efficient. Her attentive and friendly service was greatly appreciated.

   Excellent customer service. Very attentive and friendly and am always served the moment I step in the store- unless they’re busy at the counter. The young Manager is fast, polite, efficient and have a nice repore with his staff. Great location as it’s inner city so I’m always popping in to pickup something I need, e.g. dongle, USB-C adapter, Mac pen, external hard drive, etc. I’m a repeat customer as I know I will always get what I need, and with the good customer service, it’ll be done fast. The sales specials are also great to take advantage of and their return policy is fair.

   My mother purchased a Freeview box from another Noel Leeming store a few months ago. It stopped working... spoke to Isaak, and received simply outstanding service. He showed me what I needed to do to reset, wrote it all done for me, was super friendly and helpful. TV now going again. Highly recommend Isaak. Great guy!

   Bought an Xbox controller from here. Broke within a month. Went back to get a replacement, won't provide replacement for 2 weeks while they send controller to manufacturer to verify it's broken. Controller cost less $100, pretty stingy to not provide a replacement, consider it broke it such a short period of time.

   Very poor. Took in a faulty pair of headphones I previously purchased from the shop. Was initially told it would be a week to be repaired/returned. That was late afternoon on a Tuesday. Wednesday the next week returned. They said the pair was only sent to Sony on the Friday. More than two days after I took them into the shop. It has since been two and a half weeks since the product was dropped off. Still not back. The service is simply not good enough.

   Akshay is a good guy and I think he is one of the best assets for this store. He has been helping us in getting our washer dryer fix. It can get pretty hard to book appointments to repair our machine but Akshay was there to follow up and make the process on track and ease our mind.
