Had an amazing experience with Rishabh today. Didn't know what I was exactly after as recently broke my phone but was immediately greated by Rishabh. He then ran me thru all the options that I would want to look at and know about and decided to go for a upgrade from a s23 to a s25. Made my day super easy and cant image a better experience even on a busy boxing day.

I've previously had good experiences with this branch, however I was recently served by a middle aged man, Anjay, who gave me a terrible customer service experience. Despite knowing the exact models of the items I wanted to purchase, he condescendingly questioned -- borderline challenged -- me, and looked to my (male) partner to answer. It was clear he hadn't actually listened to what I was saying, and assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. Anjay was quite rude when I was paying for the items, and insinuated I couldn't afford it by myself when I went up to pay -- again, looking to my partner. Very unhelpful when assisting us load the items into the car, which he also assumed belonged to my partner for some reason? Then rudely asked how I was going to fit in the car along with the items. On the drive home my partner brought it up and we realised just how sexist his behaviour was. In hindsight, I wish I had requested another customer service representative so he didn't get the commission off a $4,000 purchase. In the future I will go out of my way to avoid this branch, or go to another competitor entirely.

Great service by Michael, he was super friendly and helpful with helping me pick a dishwasher, Washing Machine and a Dryer, The Tory street Noel Leemings is a great store. All the staff here all seem very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products they sell, I went in on Black Friday so I got a really good deal on the price’s, but they always seem to have good deals on all year round. Thank you again for the great service I will definitely be back in the new year to get a new TV.

Got all the appliances you need, few selection which make them to suggest to go to other store, what a helpful advise but not to us, turned out the best is still in their store. Helpful staff though.
