   As the owner of B-select TeRapa, I don’t get to reply to any reviews here but I would like to say that the Thomas review is absolutely un true and fabricated, we have never broken anything on his vehicle or done a WOF on his vehicle, he done that at VTNZ, we previously donee work on his vehicle which we priced he approved and we completed, we had not seen Thomas for over 12 months and he rang in a panic after he did his own work on his vehicle and his wheel fell off at the service station. We went and rescued him at the service station, repaired his vehicle for $67 including the 1.5hrs it took to rescue him and to get him safely on the road. We then quoted him a worst case scenario to repair his vehicle depending on part prices. $350.. I’m doing a 5 star review because my staff handled his arrogant attitude very professionally! And no one deserves to be talked to like that! thanks team you are awesome!! Cheers Adam

   Have been here a couple times because it’s close to vtnz and honestly, not a great experience. They’ve broken stuff on the car before and taken days to figure out while I stress thinking it needs to be scrapped or something. overcharged for labour and I’ve watched them waste time looking around at parts of the car that have nothing to do with the job being done. Got a ridiculous quote for a simple job and got crown automotive to do it instead for hundreds of dollars cheaper. I’d be scared to do a wof here and trust my car coming out in the same condition honestly, sucks because they seem like nice guys and everything but go somewhere else for your own good.

   Need 2 new rear tyres for WOF and went to Bridgestone on Tawn Street. The lady receptionist is really helpful and manages to get me an appointment on the very same day. The mechanic who replaces my rear tyres even rotates the front and back tyres which help to improve the tyres lifespan. I walk away a very happy customer. Thumbs up to them.

   Exceptional service! I arrived and was seen to immediately by a tyre technician. Sadly they didn't have what I required and I had arrived too late for same day delivery. Due to not being from Hamilton, the man kindly phoned around to get me sorted, though it meant they did not get the sale! Definitely go there! A+++
