We purchased the Beautyrest Celsius pillow and can honestly say best pillow we have used. After years of buying various top brands for neck pain, this is definitely the best. Even my partner who finds something wrong with everything likes it. Thanks Michael for sharing your knowledge and the laughs
Finally got to buy a California King, scoured the market and thought I’d pop in to the store to check out the ranges in person. I was offered a really great deal & felt very confident we picked the right bed. Had excellent service from Michael, he is a wealth of knowledge, awesome personality & made buying process so easy! Bed was ordered on a Saturday, custom made in Auckland & delivered to us within 14 days. Bonus to it all, we have had the BEST sleep ever since the new bed arrived! Highly recommend Bedpost Napier!
I went to the shop at Napier and tried the beds. However the staff was racist and shout at me. I reckon he think I am Asian person then I can not buy it. After that I walk away from that shop and order from online.

When staying for a few days in Napier, we wandered into Bedpost and emerged having bought a new bed. We'd been thinking on and off about it but when Michael really listened to what we needed, had us trying out different types of bed and explained fully what was good or not so good for us in particular about each one, we felt confident in his recommendations. Wowsers. After a period of not sleeping & realizing I had had my bed for tooo many years, it was time to change it. But where does one start? Mike was great at explaining the various benefits of each bed after learning I needed support for my lower back. He took time to do this and suggested I try a number of brands and models in the store that would be specific to my needs. That was a huge relief for me as there are so many to choose from.. As a result I chose a gorgeous bed that is absolutely suitable for me and the cherry on the top is that I have been sleeping through the night without any discomfort. I haven't done this for a looooong time. Thank you so much Mike, this gal is very grateful. ps I also purchased a lovely latex pillow - love, love, love it and love my latex mattress also. its a lovely showroom with many gorgeous brands/ beds to choose from.
