   Terrible, came into the store and there was still more than half an hour before the Napier store was due for close. Put in an order with 17 minutes to at least try to do my order but staff told me it’d be done tomorrow. That’s not even my main concern. Plenty of staff were just standing around, I felt very very rushed and unwelcomed and as a customer service worker myself, I understand the frustration of closing and the procedures of closing the store however my last photo request took 15 minutes and as I left the store, I drove past and STILL saw staff just standing around the counter chatting to each other. Very rude overall.

   Good range of service and product options. But the customer service is not good at all, especially this clerk called Melanie. It is the 3rd time I come to the store and she doesn't greet or acknowledge the customers. In fact, once she was chatting with other colleagues, saw us and pretended we were not there and kept going even when I spoke up. I understand retail is complicated but not my fault if you dislike your job. Come on, folks, I'm not even asking for a smile or anything, just very basic, decent service. You guys could use some training, that's my 2 cents.

   Can only say the best for this store. Brought my laptop there 8 years ago, a tablet there 5 years ago and a medium-sized printer 4 days ago. They're always clear, patient and helpful.

   I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long,” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

   So they lock the charging cords up on the shelf to discourage theft which is fair enough. What’s not is having to wait for a stupid amount of time to get said cord. ( especially when there is more staff in shop than customers). What should have been a 2 minute transaction turned into a farcical wait till I left.
