   I went into the shop today to have a photo taken for a passport. The customer service provided by the young lady and young man working at the counter was amazing. They were so friendly, informative and had great knowledge of the service I was after. They are such an asset to this business and displayed a maturity beyond their years. Well done and thank you for being so nice and helpful.

   Not happy with a staff member who was printing card making stuff for me She didn't even check the first page that came out only to of spent $56 just on the printing and some of the bottom was missing first of all she should of done a test sheet and shown her customers to see if it was ok to go ahead and print the rest not very happy and won't be going back to that store again unless the manager can sort something out. A complaint will be put forward. Joann

   Customer service was so poor. There was a line of people waiting to be served and only one girl on the counter while 3 of her coworkers stood and had a chit-chat. When they finally started serving the lady who served me didn’t acknowledge me at all and just threw the photo order on the counter and walked off (still chatting to her coworker). Not to mention the photos were only half printed but I didn’t want to go back and correct it in fear of being ignored by staff again. Super disappointing.

   Really a very bad costumer service team. I went for a passport photo and it took a day for printing. When i collected there were 2 photos only instead of 4. As they told i will receive a call upon readiness nothing happened. I went down aging on the next day to collect it out of 4 photos 2 were extremely dark. And it is going to take another 4 hours to reprint it. No value for the money giving for the service.
