   I booked an appointment for a kitchen Quote about 3 weeks ago with Emma. She was very helpful. However I went in to order the kitchen as it says on the pricing talk to your consultant first. I spoke to Emma who had only given pricing and photos with measurements and no quote, which was a waste of a first appointment. So I was then told to rebook online and it will go to the computer where the kitchen consultants sit and someone will get back to me. I sat in the Cafe and rebooked. A week later no one has replied. So now I have an appointment booked in two days time with Mitre 10. "Not the tahi".

   2 stars is honestly being generous, and that’s only for the staff who were actually helpful and lovely. As for the other ladies at the checkouts who decided to say “we close in 10 minutes” in what I can only describe as a snarky, flat, grouchy, and unfriendly tone—instead of greeting us or simply letting us continue—maybe customer service isn’t the job for you. And you certainly shouldn’t be the first point of contact for customers. We were fully aware the store closed in 10 minutes, and we knew exactly what we wanted and where it was.

   Very disappointed with customer service from Bunnings in the last couple of days for me and my friend. On the answer phone message there is a request for customers to be polite. It would be very good if staff at Bunnings could do that as well - polite, helpful and make an effort to meet customer needs rather than focusing on rules, chain of command, control and just plain pleasantness. Those on the floor were helpful but seemed unable to make or act on the most low level issues (eg containing a spill) but particularly one person on customer service was officious and obstructive to say the least. I will not be going back unless there are no other options.

   I bought a device from Bunnings that broke literally the day after the warranty expired. I was promised a refund or store credit, yet when I returned to the store, the staff casually dismissed my claim, saying, “Sorry, the warranty has expired.” No effort was made to honor the assurance I had been given, and no alternative solution was offered. This was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. Such disregard for customers undermines trust and shows a serious lack of accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering purchases here.

   Horrible staff. Rude man in the garden centre. Maori woman as the security guard who was intimidating to female customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Will not be going back here ever again.

   I came here last week and got good service and for once was actually able to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately my previous experiences have not been as good i usually struggle to find anything and when I find the correct area they haven't had what I needed and other then staff at the checkout i usually can't find anyone else to help.

   Brilliant store....we got what we needed and the rain poncho we only $2.50 each for were a great hit at Rod Stewart's concert. People liked the thickness of them...so did we, and they also liked how much we paid. They know where to get them now.
