Really disappointed that I couldn't return a duvet that I'd just ordered online as I'd opened it,didn't even open it properly then put back into the cover.Definately won't be ordering anything else from them online...
The staff are always helpful, quality always superb, always plenty of parking, in fact it's a bit addictive.

I have had dealings with both Taupo and Napier in the last couple of months. I have found all the staff in both branches a pleasure to deal with.
