   I can't rate these guys highly enough. Over 15 years of using there services, and without a doubt - every interaction, staff member that I have come across blows every expectation out of the water. Customer service, pricing, never leave a mess, always there when they say they will be. An incredibly warm welcome from whoever answers the phone and whoever turns up to do the mahi. The only company I have dealt with that I couldn't fault in anyway. In fact even though it doesn't seem possible, every interaction just gets better. Their pricing is so fair and great value for money in comparison to what I hear other places charge people. Highly recommend. Thanks to the entire team.

   A huge thank you to the team at Butler and Hewitt for the amazing customer service we recently received. My elderly mum was thrilled with the service she received yesterday and can’t speak more highly about Zach. She said he was one of the nicest servicemen she has ever met. He explained everything to her as he was repairing her appliances. She felt valued as a customer. She was delighted to have her her oven back up and running in perfect working order again.    Great service and communication from the friendly and helpful reception staff. As they are pretty busy they booked me in for a week's time for a washing machine malfunction, but phoned when some space opened up in the schedule at short notice and fitted me in several days early. I was extremely grateful for that. Yoann turned up promptly, did an efficient and thorough job of fixing the washing machine pump, kept me informed as he worked, and had a lovely, friendly personality. I'm happy to recommend Butler and Hewitt to all. Thanks everyone.

   Outstanding service from receptionist to the technician. Johan was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained clearly what was wrong with my stove, what needed to be done to fix it and left the job all lean and tidy. I can't recommend him and Butler &Hewitt too highly.

   So very helpful. I sent an email asking for help and they phoned and took the time to give advice. They ended up fixing my washing machine (replaced the pump) and it works well now. The technician was amazing too. I cannot recommend them highly enough, such wonderful people!
