He helped us to find the right product, had ideas but still made sure it’s our decision. He knew the products well and gave us the time needed to picture the potential choices. Rom has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is firm in the company processes, terms and conditions and answers any question precisely and comes back with answers immediately. In a nutshell: Rom is taking responsibility and ownership for what he does. He has a great mindset, works efficiently, has fresh ideas, is very structured and reliable. All that, with a strong service ethic, balanced with a nice personal manner is very trust building. As a result, the end to end experience was fantastic and we would recommend others to visit the TileWarehouse and to see Rom.”

Super helpful, a wealth of knowledge, allowed me to take my time choosing a guitar, plugged them into an amp to demonstrate all the features of the guitar, allowed me to sit and jam for as long as I needed without hovering or feeling pressured to hurry up and buy something.
