“I'm a relatively new patient here and so far every experience has been a breath of fresh air. My doctor is so unbelievably kind and empathetic, the receptionists are straight to the point which I appreciate and the facility is clean and tidy with excellent parking. I have had so many horrid doctors in the past who have brushed off serious concerns and left me at a point where I don't even bother going to see a doc when I'm sick because what's the point, they don't help. Now I feel listened to and validated in my concerns. This probably won't be seen by my doctor, but she has saved my mental well being and actual gives a damn about my physical well being too. I'd give ten stars if I could.”

“I’ve tried out a few doctors around Christchurch and have found The Christchurch Doctors the easiest to deal with. Dr Diarmuid White is fantastic and I would/have recommend him to friends. I especially appreciate this clinics opening hours, as a teacher I find it hard to find appointments that work around my schedule and work hours, this has not been an issue since moving to this clinic. It is $65 for a visit, which feels expensive but, in saying that, I’ve never left unhappy!”

“In for 4 days as the partner for an induced birth. All staff and especially the midwives were excellent. Interested, caring, compassionate, and communicative. Couches/chairs were comfortable for overnight sleeping. Thanks to the whole care team.”

Needing a lot of healthcare kinda sucks in a way, but it sucks less when your healthcare provider is as friendly and welcoming as the team at Cashel Health Centre. “I arrived last week in an ambulance after a hip replacement elsewhere to be greeted by a bulging ED with resources clearly stretched. Despite that I was seen quite quickly and was admitted for a cardioversion. The procedure was completed quickly and effectively the next morning. Despite being a large and complex facility the staff were terrific; thanks to the cardiologists, theatre staff, nurses on Ward 10 and the many others who assisted. All were super helpful and cheerful which was much appreciated.”

“I gone to Hill med clinics after suffering from sinusitis for one and half months. I been to some other clinics in christchurch before that and the response from the doctors overthere were awful.They neither had the patience to listen to the patient nor proper diagnostic skills. Fortunately , I got a chance to meet Dr. Catherine Thomas in the Hillmed Clinics. She was absolutely stellar. She listened to my problems and studied about my medical history. Her diagnosis was spot on and she discussed with me about condition and treatment plans which worked out well for me. To put in right words, it was that kind of treatment exactly what a patient expects when going to meet a doctor. A good doctor should be kind enough to listen to her patient and must be able to create a statergic plan discussing with patient which I found in Dr. Catherine Thomas. I highly recommend her for all those who are still in search for a good doctor in Christchurch.”
