Recovery room full of men, waiting room full of men, nurses/doctors/surgeons mostly were men... Should be called Mans Hospital. Place could do with a good clean, doors, walls, machines, floors, curtains etc were all grubby, nothing smelt clean and dont recall seeing cleaners. Food not the greatest but better than nothing and a few options to choose from. Make sure you grab extra of anything just incase the next meal is a complete flop like fruit etc. Regular tea/coffee/water lady. Im pretty sure the same cars were parked in the drop off area not moved even after being there for three days, wish it was like the emergency drop off area where its more frequently flowing.

A good set up. Clear instruction with a reception lady next to the entrance. Staffs and overall front line staffs are looking calm at doing their jobs professionally. So far, it seems better than what public healthcare being perceived. You feel you are in a good hand.

I want to express my deepest and sincerest gratitude to the entire medical team who cared for me during one of the most difficult and painful times of my life. My situation was not easy, my pregnancy was very high-risk eclampsia and full of fear, pain, and uncertainty. There was a time when my life was truly in danger, but because of all of you, I was given another chance to live. Even though it breaks our hearts that we lost our lil angel, my husband and I are still deeply thankful that you all did everything you could to save both of us. I know how much effort, care, and dedication you poured into my treatment, and words will never be enough to express our gratitude. To all my Doctors from Gynaecology, Nephrology, and General Medicine, thank you for your patience, wisdom, and commitment. To the nurses, midwives, and all the hospital staff, thank you for your kindness, gentle care, and warm support that gave me comfort and strength every single day. You did not just heal my body, you helped heal my heart.❤️ I may never be able to repay what you’ve done for me, but please know that from the bottom of our hearts, my husband and I will forever be grateful. You were God’s instruments in saving my life, and we will always remember your compassion and dedication.❤️❤️❤️ May God continue to bless all of you for the lives you touch and the hope you bring to others. With love and endless thanks, Honey S.

In for 4 days as the partner for an induced birth. All staff and especially the midwives were excellent. Interested, caring, compassionate, and communicative. Couches/chairs were comfortable for overnight sleeping. Thanks to the whole care team.

C-section and general pre-birth care was amazing. Post baby care not so much.

Went to this fantastic hotel this morning due to me visiting a relative who was feeling unwell. The staff was kind they offered free drinks of water and even a popsicle to my relative. They gave a free meal which was divine and even gave free room service with a stunning view. It was quite a enjoyable visit however there was an odd beeping sound in my relatives room but still was a fantastic experience. Photo of meal

I had a very positive experience here this week in the birthing suite. The midwives and doctors were very supportive and patient with me. It is very obvious how busy they are. I feel it is good to remember that there is more than one patient in the hospital and the staff are doing the best they can with the resources they have.

Hello, I want to share my worst experience in a Women's hospital. I had a c-section and stayed in the hospital for a week in early January 2022. Registered Nurse - Rogan One of the registered nurses, her name is Rogan(curly hair, wears glasses, aged over 55ish) was very disrespectful and rude. She came to my room and said annoyingly, "the room is so messy and dirty" so I need to clean the room with my unrecoverable body, even though I couldn't walk in properly. (room was messy because of the baby staff) Also, she explained to me how to breastfeed and she said grumpily "you look so NASTY!" during my breastfeeding. I felt very not respected as a mom also women also felt RACIST. I know my body was big and swollen after birth. I really wanted to say back, but my body and mind were so exhausted. I was seriously concerned to sue her for human rights violations, even still I concerning about it. Doctor The Doctors are really nice and kind and also very professional. Midwife (from the Philippines) They are very nice and friendly. Hopefully, I'd like to hear something from Rogan!!
