   Went in for a check up and registered with them. Told to go for a blood test - asked as I left if I need to do anything else after paying, given a card for online portal receipt for my visit (which I took photos of which i always do in case i misplace a document) and told to book blood test online. Did so, showed up for blood test at testing clinic and told I needed my paperwork and to call doctors who can resend- did so. Spoke to receptionist who said they will transfer me to the nurse. Transferred, nobody picked up. Wasted time already so left my blood test appointment. Called again from home again requesting to have paperwork sent to me, was told someone will be in touch. No apology for time wasted or anything. Amateur hour, don't really know how else to explain it, avoid.

   Called to get a prescription repeat. Specifically remember saying all the information they needed on the message. Been to the chemist 3x... No prescription. Called Reception this morning. Apparently the individual who listened to the message didn't know what chemist to send it to. I specifically remember saying what chemist to send it to. This is the second morning I haven't had my medication because I haven't got any. Im not supposed to stop taking it. And yeah I should have been more organised. But I work. I do my best. Every 3 months I have to renew this thing that I've been on for the past 30 years. I have an appointment with a Dr for NEXT week, so 7 days from now and there's something that really requires an appointment today or tomorrow but oh no. No appointments until Thursday next week. So I have to stay with my phone HOPING there's a cancellation. I won't be able to go to work until this is fixed. NZ medical system is pretty bad anyway. We all know that. And nobody is perfect.

   Always running 40 min behind, was waiting for test results for a month after being told it would be one week to receive them. Called every week only to be told after a month that the results had come in on the first Friday after my appt and no one told me. No reasoning for why I'm waiting 40 min for a 4 min appt with the nurse and no apology or acknowledgement that they are running behind. Was booked in for 10 am, how are you running an hour behind for nurses by 10am? Doctors and receptionists are lovely people but what a pain to wait so long with no information at all about why.

   This practice hav these amazing team !!! Always helpful, supportive who will make sure u r listened and understood despite their busy practice. All d receptionist ( Andrea, Juliet ++ ) , Nurse, GP (each and everyone I hav ever met just life saver like literally!! My full family only come hr even though we r no longer live in this area. If u ever after a good GP/practice must visit this place

   Just had an appointment cancelled due to person being sick, this appointment was made 1 month ago, the rescedule is 6 weeks away, so 2 months and 2 weeks wait? That is absolutely shocking. Not acceptable. I have rang to get this fixed and the nurse, although trying to be helpful, tried to raise completely unrelated issues. Take responsibility, your team and your services are totally inadequate. You are responsible, NOT ME! I will update this, if we get a better outcome.

   I got alittle nervous by the Google reviews, but I’ve found them to be amazing, within 1 visit with my new doctor here he had diagnosed me with something my doctor of 15 years had never considered. What a fantastic team of nurses & doctors and the receptionists are polite and bubbly. Highly recommend
