Absolutely disgusted with this. Been wearing same pair work shoes for 2 years. Ordered another pair over a year ago. Sent me wrong ones been waiting over a tear through emails, phone calls saying they'll sort it. Had enough so drove otherside of town to find they are closed down no mention in the phone call 2 weeks previous. Nightmare
Terrible customer service. They don’t answer their phones and you cannot leave a message. No one gets back to you. 3 months and waiting.
I have tried for months to get these people to tell me where my sons inner soles are. He is in pain and no one can tell me what is going on.
This company has provided very poor service. During the last 2 months I have tried to contact the Christchurch centre by phone The phones are not answered and there is no voice-mail. I have visited 3x in person to express my concerns and emailed them as requested, with no response. The orthotists are helpful, but seem unable to effect change to the system.
