“My son is enjoying while he is in school and have the opportunity to play with his colleagues. Salisbury Best Start is the best place because it is very neat and clean also very spacious for kids who love to play outdoor.”

“Dog here, this is a great little park with good spots for pee mail. There is a few things about but no lights. It is a long thin small park and can get busy there is a small pond too but the ducks do not want to be sniffed. Also something funny happens with the pond as it is only above leg depth on the ducks but I was swimming. Anyway apart from some stuck up ducks it is pretty social and safe down a dead end road and away from sports fields. Lights are not a problem for me I am black and my nose works in the dark. My owner spent about 10 minutes calling a tractor tyre called leo to him. I could not figure out why and eventually tapped him on the back of the leg to say the tyre is not coming. Boy did he jump, but that tyre must have been dead like I get when I see a rabbit, none here tho. Recommend will do again.”

Its a shame some people give 1 star reviews because of 1 bad staff member. We interacted with about 50 people, they were all nice”

“Wouldnt ride anywhere else, absolute quality instruction with fantastic well cared for horses. They even offer riders the opportunity to compete on their horses which is awesome. You not only learn how to ride, you learn everything from horse mastership, grooming , how to lunge correctly etc.”

“Waka Huia is the most wonderful place, very child-centred and in a calm/ relaxed/ family environment. Different aged kids all play together, the big kids look out for the little ones, lots of tuakana-teina opportunities. The kaiako are awesome educators, highly experienced and genuinely loving and kind. My daughter has grown a lot under their gentle guidance. She loves the animals (chickens and visiting lambs), outside play year round, cups of tea, dress-ups and treasures (shells, wool) to play with.”

“The staff played a crucial role in my son's transition from his previous Best Start program. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made the process easy and helped him make new friends. The activities and programs for the kids are well-prepared and provide a lot of useful information for parents. The photos of the activities show that my son has a great time at preschool, and I feel confident and safe leaving him there.”

We immediately felt relaxed meeting the team for the first time (especially Linda), and knew our child would be safe here and that she’d have loads of fun! “Both my boys attend Riccarton Kindercare and they love it! All teachers and staff members are warm and welcoming, it’s clear that they are passionate about their work and the children that attend the centre. We have noticed such a change in my eldest since attending Riccarton Kindercare, he has come out of his shell enormously and creating relationships with those around him. My 6 month old has settled so well and he is always smiling when we collect him. We have a warm hand over and the communication from teachers regarding needs/wants/learning is always amazing! Can’t recommend enough!”

“I love this pool, I always come here when I can. The kids love swimming in the different sized pools. We always have fun can't wait to come here again soon. I definitely recommend coming here it's a great place for all ages with swim equipment that you can buy at the front desk like googles, swim wear, and water toys for the kids. I've also heard that there's a gym, but haven't had a look even tho I've been going here for years.”

I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. “I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

“Great mini golf course, we had fun with it! (Adult and teens) Clever and creative, good amount of challenge. Definitely recommend. Discounted on Fridays too which was an added perk! We played the hour before closing, will come back another time to try the other activities.”
