   Terrible experience. Product i brought should have come with a free gift. There was no free gift and sales assistant just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned that if you advertise something then it is the stores responsibility to provide it. That staff member needs to be trained in manners and store policy.

   Ladies at Farmers Hornby in the furniture department just before closing, were patient & very kind to us. We purchased a beautiful cream leather recliner on clearance & payment, delivery, was an ease. Look forward to seeing them again in-store. We have had our recliner now for nearly 6 months, Leather Recliner is elegant & super comfortable, often forget I have a bed. Thanks to Farmers staff who helped us with our find on such search notice, Sorry I forgot your names. 5 Stars Overall
