“New shoots has been an amazing place for my daughter. Since leaving another daycare, the process and transition for my family has been amazing. My daughter is so settled and happy there, she now wakes up and wants to go! The staff are all so kind and caring, the facilities are great, the outdoor area is a paradise of exploring for all the little ones, my daughter no only tells me about her meals each day but also about all the activities she does and is thriving. Everything you want in a centre.”

“I have 3 children currently attending and the kids love it there. They are all treated as individuals and they're learning and growing so much. The centre provides meals that offer a good range of foods and healthy! There is open communication with teachers and center director and the teachers genuinely care for the kids and make amazing connections. We love it.”

“My son has been in New Shoots Sandhurst for almost 3 years. From Pipi as a baby, now in Taniwha as a young man :) His brother will soon be joining him there to start his journey. “The staff here are extremely caring and nurturing!! After having to move daycares over 1.5 years ago I was worried about both of my children not being able to settle. However, my daughter who is extremely introverted, began to thrive within weeks here as they picked up on the things that helped her feel safe and comfortable straight away. I have always felt so supported by the team, including the owner shaz and management team. Everyone has been so flexible with our changing routine and shared custody arrangement between both me and the kids dad. Very grateful for the aroha that pours from this centre.”

“Buckle my shoe is an amazing little centre with friendly and welcoming staff. Over the past few months my daughter has grown and developed so much and the educators have really encouraged her every step of the way. They are more than willing to try accommodate for hours and days needed and have gone the extra mile for us more than a few times. This centre is great for anyone who’s a bit unsettled about transitioning into daycare. They are happy to update you throughout the day, and also send you home with a little notebook full with the days notes. Definitely recommend to all parents and caregivers!”

The center is highly flexible in accommodating our work schedule, always ready to assist, and most importantly, our son loves going there.”

“Yesterday we had our first surf class with jorge and alberto. After a quick introduction and some warm ups we got into the water. With the help of those 2, everyone was able to catch some waves. They were lovely motivating and cheering every success, so we had great two hours of surfing!”

They are always so excited to get going for kindy in the morning's and are both thriving in their new surroundings. Nirmala and her amazing team do an incredible job keeping children and activities as close as they can to each child's age and development. “I have been so impressed by the team at New Shoots Tauranga and all the wonderful care they provide for my daughter. They provide excellent care to a very high standard, yet maintain a gentle and playful nature. My daughter started when she was very young and the extra time and consideration they gave to my whanau was deeply appreciated. As a new mum, the kiwi room team quickly became an extended part of our whanau which made the transition to daycare so much easier. They have been consistently outstanding and I couldn't be more grateful to have found such an awesome daycare for my daughter. “Blue Cottage has been incredible community to be part of. What a wonderful childcare environment with such caring staff from the front desk to those working daily with the children. My son had some allergies and the team were incredibly accommodating for us in the trial and error it took to get through that stage. I so appreciated it.
