Disappointed! We arrived just before 2pm thinking we could stay until 4pm we bought 2 entries and nobody told us that they were closing at 2:30. Upholstery no customer service, if they were about to close down they should have told us. not even a sorry when i complain about it.
Brilliantly set up and great prices..so I could play exercise with my young kids!! Highly rate. N lovely staff n food!!!
Kids had a blast and so did this big kid. Great that you can take your own feast to feed all the kids
Great for the kids, adults will get warn out in the first 20min but great for a w hr outing
Had my son's birthday party here. Great value for money, they had very friendly, helpful staff and like that they offer free water. It's definitely needed because even with air conditioning it gets very very hot! Ideal outing on colder days.
The equipment is great, kids loved it apart from full lobster faces due to the heat. The feeling of overheating and seeing so many in the same boat is not. Better water facilities would be a good minimum. I would recommend bringing a large water bottle, more than one if it's warm outside. If the customers are having so much trouble I'd hate to imagine how the poor staff handle it, while still being nice to people and being in there for hours at a time.
We enjoyed our visit to Inflatable World, the kids loved running around and playing on all the activities. This is great if the weather isn't flash outside. They also sell all sorts of food, chips and coffee
So much fun for the kids...a great place to totally tire them out:) it's great fun for adults as well. Good party venue:)
