   Receptionist lady is extremely rude. 1st day of her rudeness, I thought she might having a bad day. Later I found she is always rude. To justify this I spoke to two other parents whose children coming to this centre and they also said receptionist is very rude, and they looking into change. I did some further research before deciding to change- and I found in a FB local group lot of parents said same receptionist is rude. Also noticed from that conversation lot of people talking about centre manager coming with her own dog. This even surprised me even more. Not every child coming from Dog friendly family. As same my child not from a pet friendly family. Now I have the hygiene questions as well. How come a manager comes with a dog daily basis in a child care centre. Overall rude receptionist behaviour makes me think about change, and after my own research found lot of negativity driven me for change the centre. For new parents: Before sending your child here, do your own research, check the local community groups, discuss with other parents. Don’t just fall in like me, just because they have spot. Now I understand why they always have spots left, where other centres have a few weeks waiting.

   BSFE have been nothing but amazing since our boy started. The teachers and staff are always kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing is ever an issue and they have a real love for the kids. Speaks volumes when it’s pick up time and our son doesn’t want to leave!! Highly recommend.

   BestStart Faringdon East is an amazing centre with amazing staff! They take the utmost care with children, treating them with love and respect. Jade and her team are doing an incredible job and we can only sing their praises. As a family, we highly recommend this centre! Not sure what the other lady’s problem was with Jade, but Jade has been nothing but kind to our family and all her interactions we have seen with Jade and other cultural families have been nothing but kind and respectful! Well done BestStart, this is an amazing centre!

   Our experience with this place is from a couple of years ago, staff was very friendly and welcoming except one staff. Her name is Jade and she was rude and bullied my family members at the drop off or pick up for no reason. My child used to get very upset when he used to see her at the drop off, she never greeted my son and was never kind. Not sure whether she dislikes other cultures as I've seen she was kind towards locals.

   The staff played a crucial role in my son's transition from his previous Best Start program. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made the process easy and helped him make new friends. The activities and programs for the kids are well-prepared and provide a lot of useful information for parents. The photos of the activities show that my son has a great time at preschool, and I feel confident and safe leaving him there.
