“My now 5 year old spent over 4 years at Annabel’s before recently starting school, she loved her time there she had great bonds with her teachers and peers. My 1 year old is still in the nursery and he loves his teachers they have great ratios and form a close bond with their key teacher. We have been very happy with Annabel’s and the staff! The new centre manager is doing a great job and is supported by a great team of teachers.”

“They have a nice big play rooms and lovely teachers. My son loves to go here and he loves his teachers. I am at peace whenever I am at work knowing that my son is very well taken care of. I like the idea that they are serving healthy meals to the babies, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Because not all preschool are offering free food. I love how my son is going home with new learnings that he is showing to us. If ever I would have another baby again, I will definitely enroll in best start again ❤️”

“PART OF THE FAMILY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Our first born started attending BSB at 6 months old and was there up to his 3rd birthday (we then moved overseas). Our second born also attended from 6 months as a “casual” spot. I can honestly say that the caretakers at BSB in both the nursery and preschool are PHENOMENAL. The nursery holds a special place in my heart, from the day of our visit the team there made me feel so reassured, and loved. They listened to my concerns or worries (mostly about naptime ha!) and made sure to work on a plan with me that would best suit my child. They were great in providing updates and photos every day and I truly felt like they became part of our family. Same goes for the preschool team - I knew my toddler would transition well from babyhood to toddlerhood with their program for the year and their high attention to individual care. Our move to France further confirmed how great BSB did for building essential foundations for my kids. My son, now attending school in France, has gotten so many compliments on his community-spirit, individuality, independence, and patience which are all traits that BSB contributed to developing during his growth there. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. We miss you every day and appreciate all the love and care you gave to our family.”

And every step of the way has been filled with care, warmth, and support. Even after relocating from Redwood to Hornby, we chose to keep her enrolled because of the strong bond and trust we had with the center and its staff. “Fantastic centre, the teachers are invested in our child's educational and emotional wellbeing. Our daughter loves to attend here and the team were supportive and gentle during her transition to preschool. Our 2 yr old currently attends Lyttleton St and this is a great environment for her because the centre only allows up to 3.5yr olds. So my child is with children her own age rather than being in a space with up to 5yr olds.”

“Wonderful place to bring family and friends! We had an (arctic) blast last time we went, had a lot to do and see with all the activities and shows althroughout. Please note though that rides do have a height requirement which they are a bit strict with for safety reasons. The rest are pretty accessible to the young and young at heart. A bit pricey but you doget a lot of enjoyment and knowledge out of it.”

“Been playing sports here since they opened. Different owners over the years & price increases as well. Good carparking, Any accidents sorted fast. Fun nights and great refs”

“I would give more stars if possible. We just had our sons birthday party there today and it was a blast. The party room was set up before I arrived, I was also able to arrive before the party to set up our theme decorations. The staff are super friendly and great with the kids. And all the kids loooooved running around and jump in the play area. I recommend to all who are keen. Amazing place will be coming back for more fun again.”
