Slight glitch with the order, however, the owner personally contacted me, (human contact, well that's a first for a start!) and they went above and beyond get the Birkies here right on my daughters Birthday. Love this surf shop so much. Friendly staff. Love the surf and beach wear brands. Highly recommend shop, I would buy from them again. Honestly one of my new favourite surf shops.
Sometimes in life somebody goes so far beyond what you expected in terms of customer service that, if you weren't a Kiwi, you might even give them a tip! But I am a Kiwi so Underground Surf will just have to settle for this review. (But it's a bloody good review so hopefully they're happy). From my first phone call with Nick these guys were nothing short of stellar. Before I knew what hit me, they had a brand new wing foil set up delivered to me and I was out on the water. And they have been legends ever since. I'm not rich, but I won't be shopping around if I need new gear. (And don't we all need new gear?) If I need something, I'll call these guys. (And I know what you're thinking but no, they are not paying me to write this...although, that's not a bad idea!)
Nick & staff at Underground Surf are great. He set me up with a great board & wetsuit to get me going, and they helped my wife out too. Theyβre our go-to store for anything we need.

Always have a fantastic experience here. The staff are always super engaging and helpful, and really know what they are talking about. Cool store with a nice and relaxed vibe. It's great to have a such a good local resource like this. The owner Nick is a great community man as well.
Great local skate/surf shop with a really solid clothing and board selection. The owner is a nice guy as well. I had to exchange my shoes which I bought on clearance because they ended up fitting a bit too small and he was gracious about it.
