Shot to the bro Fred who was incredibly helpful during my visit to ASICS. He helped me pick out my first pair of runners. He took the time to understand what I needed, explained the differences between models, and made sure I walked out with the perfect pair of shoes. Super knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Great customer service!
I just had the most positive experience with staff. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient while we were trying to find the best fit shoe for me. Gait analysis + multiple treadmill jogs in various style shoes. As a distance runner it was extremely appreciated!! Everyone I talked to knew a lot about their brand and the benefits of different shoes for different types of running and gaits.
This store has always been my first call for everything ASICS. 4 trainers bought here in the past 6 months alone - all great purchases! Customer service from the ASICS team (Fred, Jamie, Jake, Mary, Hannah and co.) has always been top notch. They are passionate athletes too so are very knowledgeable and happy to spend the time giving their honest opinion on what works best for the customer. Store presentation is very clean, fresh and inspiring. They also stock in-store exclusive products not found in other stores.
Staff were both very friendly and knowledgeable. A big thank you to the bro Jamie for all his help! He’s a good lad and gave some great tips and guidance to help me prepare for my first half marathon. Definitely will be back in the future for my next pair for ASICS running shoes.
