I jus went into the store to check if I like something as normal. A tall guy with the hat jus went rude on me. While I was talking with another fulla who was cool as about the clothes and stuff. I jus asked the cool fulla if I can open and have look on one of the pants and he jus jumped in when he was standing right next to us and said “ I can only have a look if Im buying them”. Which I believe really comes from his judgment on my looks and my slang. Before asking to have on that pants I only tried one jacket which wasn’t my size and it was the last one. I was in bloody good mood and he ruins it. The time was around 2pm today. Rude customers service from that fulla. I do buy clothes from loaded here and there but I only buy clothes that like, not if a salesman pushes me to buy it. Even now while I’m typing I’m wearing pants and shoes that I got from loaded. So I don’t when is the next I’m going back to loaded. Loaded is great place and I always loved there stuff.

A few months ago, I purchased a high-end MTG Gshock from them, and I was pleased when they offered a price match with a jeweler that had the watch for a lower price. That part of the transaction went smoothly, and I appreciated their willingness to match the price. After making the purchase, I received an email stating that I had earned a $100 voucher as a reward for my purchase. In-store, I inquired about the voucher's validity, and I was told that it had no expiry date, which was great news. However, my recent visit to the store to use the voucher left me disappointed. When I tried to pay for my chosen item using the voucher, I was informed that it had expired after just three months, contradicting the information I received earlier. I asked if they could still honor it, and they went away to discuss it amongst themselves. Upon their return, they informed me that I wasn't entitled to the voucher because they had price matched my watch with a different store. No one had informed me of this condition during my previous visit or when the voucher was issued. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that the shop admitted their error. However, it was disheartening that they refused to honor the voucher, despite acknowledging their mistake. While the initial price match was appreciated, I agree that it wasn't a special favor since it merely matched the price without any additional benefit. Overall, my experience was mixed, and I won’t return to this shop for future purchases. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their communication and honoring promises in the future.
I was having a bad day when i walked into the store. Isaac was sure to help me quickly find the right size of hat and even gave me a discount on an already marked down hat. I left the store with a smile on my face thanks to the bro Isaac.
