   There is a great selection of clothes to choose from and, being an outlet store, you can find some bargains as well. You do need to give yourself quite a bit of time to sift through everything in store. The shop assistants are very friendly and helpful. This is an ideal place to visit if you're on the curvy side and looking for something nice.

   Great customer service at Airport Taking Shape store every time we visit. On Sunday 03 August, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. Shopping was a lovely experience and the great recommendations assisted with our happy purchases. We would like to thank Sam for her great assistance and attention to detail, Kath for her awesome friendly connection with us. Aaliyah for her friendly smile and making herself available to assist where it was required. Puti for remembering us and happy to show us in the different areas of the store. We absolutely love shopping on the weekends because the crew in store are the best. Thank you for always being so great to us and all the customers in store, best Taking Shape store in Auckland.

   I love the style and quality of the clothes and they have good bargains too. The staff used to be really good and helpful but they changed and now no one speaks to you and you have to wait to even pay.

   Their outlet shop near the Auckland Airport is a "must visit" when I'm in the vicinity.Make sure to go to the back part of the shop for their really good cut down prices and ignore the label sizes which are generally over stated. Eg if you are an xl you may fit into an s.Good for shoes and accessories as well. Lovely staff

   Very disappointed with Taking Shape, I spend my hard earned money in this shop, I get a reward from items that I have spent on full priced items, get told you can only redeem on full priced items, OK, so I pick an umbrella that clearly states $15 with any purchase along with my top which is on sale, so think great the umbrella is not on sale, will just add the umbrella with my $15 voucher, perfect..... NO because on the system the umbrella is normally $44, i dont see any sign to say the umbrella is on sale, very misleading signage. Auckland Taking Shape, sort your signage out and stop misleading your customers...
