Can find most clothing items you need in a wardrobe, some good bundle deals available A lot of clothing fibres fall off the clothes when trying them on though, thankfully the store has lint rollers available for customers to use
I came in on Saturday, and was greeted by a wonderful worker named Kenzo. He assisted me with everything I needed to know and helped me pick out my gift for my brother. Very happy with my experience in store today!
Two female workers were kinda passive aggressive and rude, they were just talking to each other and were not really welcoming After shopping I was pissed and service is bad
Went to this location and bought 5 hoodies and 3 T shirts. I am on holiday from the USA and had a rude awakening when 1 of the Hoodie zipper failed and went to the store to ask if it could be sorted out. The guy was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Sad to see a upcoming Brand lose sales because of bad Quality
Really great experience shopping here - already knew what I wanted before going in and the staff were really helpful with advice and not pushy at all, the young guy I spoke to was knowledgeable of all of their products too which was great. Definitely recommend shopping at AS Colour Albany as it's always great quality and fair prices.
There is an undeniable quality to the clothing at AS Colour, something that is seriously lacking in other NZ clothing stores. But one issue that cannot be overlooked are the size dimensions of the clothes. The sweatshirts have arms that are way too long and the t-shirts look as though you're wearing a dress. This needs to be sorted and soon! The service is of a good standard. AS Colour has a long way to go before it can reach the high standard of an international clothing company like Uniglo.
Had a great time at this store, staff were all extremely friendly, especially Ray. His service was as good as it gets - some might say he's based. As a blank clothes connoisseur, I was very impressed with this store. Will definitely be back and hope Ray is there to serve me again!
Customer service was quite average. Girl finally asked if I needed help. Just after she asked (and I said yes), someone came to the counter so she served them instead. After she finished serving them she stood around doing nothing. After a while I had to go back to get her to help. My big issue is that AS Colour have been wishing themselves a merry Christmas by putting increased price stickers over the original prices. Try carefully peeling off a price sticker on the tag and see the old price underneath. The only upside is the quality seems quite good.
