   Martin Stretton Purchased a pair of full price skechers this morning from Botany store. Requested a second pair at half price as clearly advertised within the store on full price shoes. Told no, Skechers not included. Staff were lovely but Hannahs advertising is clearly misleading!

   Hush puppy shoes fell to bits after taking it out of the cupboard after a year. Disappointed as this brand is supposed to be good quality. Sandals are good but cannot say the same for the shoes.

   On the 28th May I purchased some shoes that were so lovely. Long story short the manager named Liam was disgustingly rude. He was so busy trying to argue with me instead of listening to what I was saying. It has left me feeling so deflated and I won't be returning to the store ever again. It was so bad I asked for my purchase to be rung up by another staff member ( Josh) who was very professional and could see I was distraught. Josh did handle the matter with care and professionalism. Liam was so confidently rude, unprofessional and forthright in his rudeness I was taken aback. Reflecting back perhaps he racially profiled me. Pity though as I love Hannah's shoes the styles and quality and Merchant is going to get my money now.

   Walked in to buy an expensive pair of shoes and didn't get a hello or any sort of recognition from the lady working there after standing around for close to 5 mins browsing (we were the only people in the store). If you don't have basic retail skills I'd suggest maybe an office job? Went elsewhere and spent more.

   Went into Hannah’s on Thursday night was given first class service by a young man, nothing was too much trouble he ordered a pair of showed from Palmerston North for me, I am so sorry I have forgotten his name but not his wonderful help. Came in on Saturday as they had arrived in and also given brilliant help from a lovely helpful Asian women sorry forgotten both names but wanted to post this . will be back loved the 2 staff that helped me . Thank you

   Thank you to the staff at Hannah's Botany - I had purchased a pair of shoes last year that I had a problem with. After emails sent to H/O, they referred me to a store. The staff at Botany were helpful, and the problem is sorted!
