    Y’all need to have a staff meeting asap and remind your staff about basic CUSTOMER SERVICE. After waiting around for what felt like forever because no one was behind the counter, I had to yell out for someone to serve me. When the lady had finally realised it was starting to queue up she then decides to walk over slower than a turtle. No “Hello sorry for the wait” just proceeds to scan my items - all while scrolling on her phone when she’s supposed to be “working”.

    Rude, inattentive staff. Not helpful at all. I actually shop a lot at postie plus on line. If I go down there again and they're rude I will be saying something.

    I went to buy clothes for my baby asked the sales person there for help, she did not help me was very rude to me not bothered at all as if she didn’t have information about her work. I then had to ask another person for help. Disappointed with this poor treatment I hope you learn manners and proper customer service (Sia).

    I was there last week picking up an item that my online order couldn’t supply to me. whilst there I returned some items from my order and had some money returned to me. The staff member told me the amount would be lower than I calculated but I didn’t say anything in case there were discounts I hadn’t accounted for. (Thinking I’ll email when I get home if she was wrong about that). When She rung it up the docket said the correct amount so I thought oh I did get it back anyway I get home and refund on my card showed up as the lower amount, customer service via email said I got a partial refund by cash and the rest on my card nothing she can do about it. I am absolutely gobsmacked. I would like an investigation as to whether this staff member refunds partial cash amounts as her thing? once you work it out get back to me with my money. Check the security camera if you have to I only put the money back on my card. If I don’t hear from you I will be filing a report with the police.

    Helpful & friendly service from Tashreeq who went out of his way to look for items for me. I went on to shop further online because he found what I was looking for online when items were unavailable in store. Great prices too.

    Definitelynot baby pram friendly aisles. Staff is brilliantbut store seems mix up all in one. Need more better idea to display kids boy n girls stuff and items. Front displays can be more promotive.
