    I'm sorry Decjuba Takapuna. I'm sure you are a lovely humans on your own watch. Please know that when you ask a customer three times in less than a minute to please move so that you can hang up clothes where they are looking, is far from welcoming. I left the shop immediately after the third time, regardless of whether I was enjoying the clothes or not.

    I was recently shopping in takapuna a when I decided to have a look in Decjuba. As soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted and was just stared at as I walked through the door. The blonde behind the counter who I assume was the manager? working seemed like they were having a bad day as she seemed like she had a bad attitude, and did not seem interested in trying to help me as I was trying to find a sale item that I had seen online. I have been to the other store on the shore and had a wonderful experience and customer service was very lovely. Store looked really nice and I would’ve enjoyed my experience if It didn’t feel like a cold environment, so I left and won’t be returning. They obviously don’t need my money.

    I came to this decjuba as I bought a bag a couple months ago and it had already fallen apart to the point where it was unusable so I went to return it. When I went in the staff member working rudely told me that I could not return it as it was more than 7 days since I purchased it. I told her that it was faulty and she told me that she couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t faulty when I bought it. My friend who was with me asked to see the company returns policy, the staff member got the policy up however the policy was only for “change of mind.” When we questioned her about faulty products she said it could only be returned within 7 days. We then asked for the receipt to be printed out, she didn’t know how to do this so she went and got her superior. The manager came out and was completely rude, did not acknowledge us at all and did something on the computer. She then asked if I bought the bag at that store, I said no and she told me she couldn’t exchange the bag or print the receipt there as it had to be done at the store it was purchased at. I knew this was a blatant lie as I have worked for Decjuba in the past. Once I left, we called the botany store and asked the returns to policy, they told me that I was able to bring the bag back for a refund or exchange. The botany team was amazing unlike the Takapuna store where I recieved some of the rudest and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No way I’ll be going back there!
