   Incredibly disgusting place to shop. Not only was it untidy (especially the changing rooms which no one was watching), but staff were too busy chatting to each other AND eating rather than actually doing their jobs. They stood there talking loudly and occasionally stared at us rather than seeing if we were ok. Seems like management need to take a better look at who they’re hiring and if they’re really capable.

   Not sure if they get proper training but the staff at this branch are extremely unprofessional and like to gather around - sitting on the counter and chatting to each other. It felt like I was disrupting a high school clique. The two times I have visited the store on a late night, the girls would chat to each other, not bother to greet or bare a smile, I had to approach them and say hello first in order to get served. The girl at the counter who served me visibly looked like she did not want to help. It is clear the staff here are young girls who just want to kill time by talking to each other and do not actually care about the customers. Extremely disappointing. Would recommend proper customer service training.

   Tyla from Cotton On Body Botany was excellent she helped me to contact a bunch of stores for a certain product! She was so polite and patient with me! She tried her absolute best to find me what i’m looking for! Need more employees like that! :)
