   This is a large Number One Shoes outlet in Atrium shopping centre selling all kinds and varieties of shoes. The location is somewhat difficult to find for the first time since the Atrium shopping centre is a bit difficult to navigate. The staff are nice and friendly. The products are of decent quality and some or the other specials are always running. Post sales customer service is also nice and friendly. The location is easily accessible by public transport and walking. Well recommended.

   The gentleman who assisted me was most helpful. He seemed to the only person working in the store when I got in and was attending to customers and checkout. He even had time to have a friendly chat with me. Thank you, I wish I had asked him his name. This is customer service at its best

   Shoes are good and price very suitable. But I am disappointed with your staff training. The first employee who greeted me was friendly, and she gave me suggest and help to looking for the stock available. But the second staff - seem not professional. Or she just didn’t wake up yet. First, when we checked out, she missed scan one of the products and didn't realize it until I reminded her. Second, I checked with her if I can get the 50% discount for send pair of shoes, she gave me a definite yes. But when I checked the receipt it was not, then she explained that the second pair of shoes were on sale, therefore they can’t give the half discount. I am fine for this tbh, but the thing make me upset is that I had already double check with you! And you gave me two different answers. Please take care with your staff training, I like the shoes, but not the service.

   Don't buy it. Tried 3 times, all the shoes you can wear 2-3 monts, than a hole in the heel. Sole is made from very soft rubber, to push you buy new shoes every 2-3 months.

   Their customer service is terrible. Been here on 2 separate occasions and both times the staff kept chatting away amongst themselves. I had to find own sizes, rummage through the boxes and even when I was leaving, not a single acknowledgement. Don't think the staff actually want to be there

   Had a great experience here earlier in the week. The guy who helped me had lucious blonde hair and we actually shared the name Liam! He was kind and helped me with all my needs. Will come back again!
