   Never shop at Cotton On on a boxing day. Lots of items were wrongfully labeled or have a mis-leading tag. On e you pay then you shall now that you've been over-charged. Customer service staff are not well-trained.

   A tidy store that was let down by its customer service/care (or lack thereof.) There was only one sales staff on the floor. She paid no attention to me as I walked in - I doubt she even saw me as she was on her phone the whole time. She was scrolling and watching stuff (not “working”); when she finally looked up and saw me, I smiled and she completely ignored me. No greeting, no smile - nothing. I wanted to get some pants and struggled to find my size as it was quite high up on the rack (this was right next to the cashier where she was standing) and she did not ask if I needed help or attempt to show any ounce of care for her job. The store was empty (bar one customer in changing room) so she was just on her phone the whole time. What a shame as Cotton on Body usually has some nice things but why would anyone give a sales assistant any business if they did not care? This was a Friday at 1130am.
