   I have always been a Cue and VERONIKA Maine lover. Purchased a pair of pants at this store 5 months ago. Haven’t worn it much and the zip was broken this morning while I was at work. It is super embarrassing. I went to the shop for return but i was noticed products purchased at the outlet has a different return and refund policy from other shops since it is outlet. For other shops I could still return in 6 months but for purchase in this shop, it is only limited to return in 1 month. I would assume to wear these for longer time considering the price but certainly I was wrong. The shop assistant was trying her best but the store manager Tatiana was not helpful at all. She was sick and angry over the phone. Don’t think she’s been properly trained as a manager and I was unprofessional treated. I understand sometimes being a manager you need to be strong in the position but it is clearly different from being rude. Be aware of the policy difference before shopping would my best advice.

   Tatiana is lovely! Amazing customer service and has a real eye for fashion and styling, as well as an individual’s colouring, body type and shape and how to compliment them all. I left feeling great and with some beautiful new pieces that I never would have tried on if it weren’t for Tatiana’s suggestions. I had never shopped with CUE before but now I will definitely be back!

   Great women clothing shop, the prices are usually heavily slashed compared to their other shops especially on the holiday times. Just be aware that you can spent significant amount of time in the shop to either trying out clothes or waiting for someone to try out the clothes. Staff members are friendly and very helpful.

   I have been a CUE lover for several years (Australia and NZ). I love it's quality and customer service. Unfortunately the two ladies were too busy talking, mandarin?. They did not bother to stop talking for the length of my visit (about 10 minutes) and greet any of the customers.

   One of my favorite stores! They not only have the latest styles but all their discounted lines are super cheap! Haven’t been in for a while as there is a rude Indian lady there, I think she may be the manager, she’s usually behind the counter staring at the computer. She doesn’t greet you. If she is there with another staff she is gossiping loudly rather than greeting customers. If you approach her she snobs you or would look/speak at you like you’re not good enough to be in her store. It makes for uncomfortable shopping. This happened on a handful of occasions. If you’re looking for a good bargain defiantly go check it out! The other girls there are super helpful.
