    I can not rate this shop highly enough. I had dealings with both Leah and Lilly, over a problem I had struck at another branch. Leah was super cheerful, friendly and helpful on the phone, telling me to come in and they would assist. Lilly, who served me, had just the same can do attitude.. issue fix in minutes and all with a huge smile and a truly warm and professional attitude. This is now the branch I will be using. Thanks ladies!

    Horrible customer service at the Botany Store! Treated my mom very poorly. Wouldn't issue a refund for $8. Made her get a gift card. Will never buy from this store again! Hopefully the manager reads this review! You guys don't deserve our business anymore. I'll make sure I don't spend another dollar at your store!
