I had a great experience. Very helpful salespeople who chose me some really nice pieces. The best help I’ve had in NZ in a clothing store. Very similar to American service.
The sales person there was not professional at all, after I paid two jackets, she randomly fold them and chuck them into the shopping bag. I would expected a better service and nicely fold jackets after spending more than $300. The St Luke’s store has better staff. They provide much better services.
Sales assistants there are soo pushy, they are not giving you a room to think and actually take a look at the store. Hate those types of people who will just be around you when you're trying to think. Clothes were so much better a few month ago, what happened to you Max?
Best shop ever. There's an experienced shop assistant at the Albany store who is an amazing stylist. She was a great help, thank you! Lots of great deals and rewards system. Would love it if they made their longer items in a short length too.

Terrible shopping experience in Max new market. I paid for a dress on 27th of March and until now i still did not get my dress! The shop is trying to put the responsibility to the clients for a lost package. When I paid for the dress and the sale said they do not have the size at the moment, she asked me write down the information and promised sent the dress to me before next week Friday. I asked her how can I know when the dress will arrive to me, the sales said she will either text me or email me the tracking no once she post the dress. No massage or email from the shop since then. I went to the shop to ask when I could get me dress. The lady worked in the shop said they already post the dress to me, if I did not receive it I should contact post office not them. I ask for the details regarding the delivery and found out MAX did post without signatures required. As well as they did not sent me any tracking no. Later I was talking to the manager and explained it this is their fault and they should either credit back 169.99nzd back to me or give me a new dress. But unfortunately they refused and said they need to investigate the case first. My God, I have no idea what kind of customer service is. When clients did not receive the package they first trying to refuse to take the responsibility, later even they admitted the fault and mistake but refuse to give customer back the money or the produc directly. I was waiting for my dress for three weeks now. Not sure how long I have to keep waiting for their investigation. But I will trying not to shop in MAX any more. There are much better design in trenery with better quality for the similar price. Terrible shopping experience!
