   I visited this store today and was completely shocked at how bad the experience was. A woman and man sat behind the counter chatting and didn't acknowledge me until I asked to try on something. This woman shouldn't be in sales, no personality and just wasn't interested. The store looked dated and the clothing range was limited. Terrible atmosphere, won't return or recommend.

   I'm not sure why either of the two woman we saw today are working in retail or in this store. The tall lady with the glasses looked so unhappy that she made you want to leave. Her arms folded at her chest and glaring at all the customers really made us feel wanted. Then the shorter lady with the blonde hair showed up. Pushing past customers with her trolley is incredibly rude. My mother had a hip injury and had this person hit her it would be dreadful. All up neither of them inspired us to stay. I will shop somewhere where the staff actual feel happy and want to be at work.
