“I bought some YSL beauty products today at Life Pharmacy Sylvia Park, and I was assisted by a girl named Sherlyn. She was extremely accommodating, warm, and so patient in answering all my questions, especially when the lipstick shade I originally wanted was out of stock. Instead, she suggested I try the YSL Lip Oil Plumper, and I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. Sherlyn has a smiling face and is genuinely great at recommending and upselling products in a way that feels helpful, not pushy. Exceptional service! Highly recommended. ☺️”

“Have been here several times and the food has always been amazing. Authentic Indian cuisine with a wide variety of options - and all vegetarian. Food is always fresh, and the prices are also pretty reasonable. The Indian sweets are on the pricier side though. I had the chole bhature, which was freshly made, the chole had a good spice level and the bhature was fluffy and hot! My favourite! The service itself is just alright and they now have mechanical carts delivering food, so it takes away some personal touches in my opinion.”

“I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)”

“Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10”

When I came back to place my order, Sugeet recognised me and remembered which couch I was looking at. The ordering process was very easy and all terms were made clear to me. I appreciated being updated with the estimated delivery date well in advance. The delivery process was easy and the staff were professional. I love my new couch and the whole process made me love it more”

“I've found my experience to be nothing short of exemplary from KW Ponsonby. Not only are their staff incredibly helpful and kind, their service is second to none. I had a very old heirloom from KW jewellery that frankly I was nervous even to ask about enquiring to have repaired (damage to it was entirely my fault and nothing to do with the craftsmanship). Not only was I treated exactly the same way as someone looking to make a new purchase with the same level of follow through and importance, but the price point for the repair was less than half of what I'd been quoted to have it repaired by two other jewelers. “Recently had my first time shopping at Tatty's and as a local I can't believe what I've been missing out on! Beautiful second-hand clothing, great atmosphere and the staff are superstars. I came in looking for an outfit that for an event I am attending this weekend and I was provided with such outstanding customer service. I forgot to ask her name but the young lady with the facial piercings helped me find some absolutely stunning options, the store was quite busy and I was extremely grateful that she took the time to give me a hand and provide such lovely conversation. “Went in to the shop to look at some Lundia shelves that we had seen on tradeMe. Owner described the different tiers and pricing as there were choices between older/refurbished/best condition units. Owner is transparent, up front and to the point. Before coming in I noted some lower reviews of the store with regards to customer service, one can only assume these reviews were made by the same people who get offended when some one uses the "wrong" pronouns. After talking to the owner I was quoted $430 for a set of shelves which we agreed to. When I went to pay he indicated that the price was actually only $395 and thats what we were charged, a clear sign of honest business. Very happy with the shelves.”
