Sells fake jewellery, do not recommend. Went back next day to get refund but she didn’t return it and was extremely rude
This store is dodgy, they go by 2 different names, selling plated items but claims as pure, causes skin irrirations and wont return goods back saying it's not faulty. Check previous reviews too, so many customers have complained about their products and services. They give details of items verbally only and no warranty or product description except a receipt. Staff that works there by name of Anjana promised a refund in writing and said she just needs to run it by the management as she's just an employee but she's actually a director and holds 50% share, its just her way of getting rid of customers who go into store for returns, That's how corrupted and dodgy this owner is.
They dont sell genuine rodium(coated).. just coated but no proof and charge a bomb. It is actually just silver and 300times more pricy
Not real jewelry, fake, it looks good and expensive but it actually an expensive fake. I really don't recommend people to buy from this store. Customer service really bad. I bought jewelry from them and after few days I have realized there is some damage on the jewelry and I went back and they didn't want to replace or fix at less I pay extra for it.
Bought necklace from Onehunga drees smart store, and I haven't worn it for few weeks and the stone inside the necklace came out. So I took it back to the store to replace it but the Manger wants to charge extra money to replace it and even though it is the factory fault. The Manger was so ride and leaft me in the middle of the conversation and went to talk to another customer. I really don't advise any one to buy from this store because at beginning she talk to you so nicely but after you buy anything and you have relased there is falt in the item and come back to her she will show the second face and refuse to do anything at less you pay extra money.
This jewellery is not 925 Silver beware fake products. This lady charges top prices for costume jewellery please do not purchase jewellery here, she tells you it's real because it has a 925 stamp but you can but 925 jewellery from India or China that's fake. Please check the jewellery against your own first compare the 2. And do not expect a refund you have no chance in hell!!!
