At the end I found this watch which I really liked. Her service was amazing and so professional, really tailored to fit what I wanted. Even gift wrapped it for me. She also gave me great advice on how to care for the suede and protect it from the weather, which included their shoe protection spray. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. I came in a bit unsure, but thanks to her guidance I found the perfect piece from the new collection and I loved it so much I wore it straight away! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.”
