   Terrible experience at Trenery today! I was in the changing rooms when a sales clerk (older blonde) asked if there was a jumper in the changing room in which I replied “no” as there wasn’t. She then asked again and I said “there is nothing in the changing” (another sales clerk was also the one who put me in the changing room so there definitely wasn’t anything in there). She then opened the curtain of the changing room, I was half dressed at the time and could see other customers outside the curtain. She then proceeded to say “If there’s a jumper in the changing room then these customers have priority”. I again replied that there is nothing in the changing room. By that time I think she finally realised there was no said jumper in the changing room. She then went on to ask the lady in the next changing room. It was shocking that one she didn’t believe me (asked me more than 3x) and secondly went ahead and opened the changing room while I was half dressed! Not only that she didn’t apologise at all for barging in and it was her mistake! So rude! I should of said something at the time, absolutely disgraceful!

   Extremely poor customer service especially from one of the sales staff. Bought a few dress and decided to return some due to size and style issue. Was told at the counter that there is a strong chemical smell and the said staff was sniffing the cloths like she is hunting for drugs. She even did it with her mask down despite covid rules.Never seen such behavior before. Perhaps it could be transfer of perfume when testing. When asked what smell is she referring to, she asked me to smell it myself. She would not offer a refund at all, not even for the belt I want to return! Anyhow, took the clothing to another shop where I was shopping and staff said there is no smell. I am asian but cannot discount the fact that this sales person is racist. Store policy states that as long as the items are unused and with tag on then a refund will be made. Beware to all customer. I suggest just avoiding this store. Clearly there are issues with the staff as can be seen by other reviews here and manager is not addressing it. Shame as I definitely won't be buying from them again and will definitely ensure that my colleagues and friends know how they treat their customers.

   Too disappointed! Have chosen a shirt 2 shirts at the sale item, tried and was about to pay only to find out that "they are not on sale"!!! Why are they on the sale rack items. Purposely placed to deceive customers??? If theres just 1 shirt placed there then I might accept that its an error, but several of the dame item!!! Better yet check carefully because you are making customers very unhappy!!

   The most worst customer service i have ever experience with Trenery at the Westfield store!!! The shop assistants who work here literally do not have the knowledge of dealing with a customer in the right manner! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the brand for having CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS like this working there. The rudeness of them towards the customers were really horrible!!!! I love TRENERY but i would never ever go shop in the Westfiled store!!!!
