I was served by Anna, who was incredibly helpful and kind! She took the time to help me choose the right UGG size and colour, which I really appreciated as I can be quite indecisive. She also gave me great advice on how to care for the suede and protect it from the weather, which included their shoe protection spray. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Tried ringing the store 8 times over 2 days at different points of the day for an exchange and it always went to voice-mail. Staff member said they keep the phone off if they are busy but I visited 2 days in a row and only 1 customer at all times. Tried to get them to order a pair of shoes for me and both days the 'manager was not available'. Left my number with them and they never rang me back. The item I wanted then went out of stock after 2 days of me trying everything possible...
I ordered a pair of slides that turned out to be too big, there were no smaller sizes available on line. So I went to the store to return it and the manager did her best to order me the smaller size. I was thrilled, I really wanted those slides. Thanks a lot!

Especially Ana (hope i spell it correctly) just made my day. She is really good at it with all professional knowledge and skills. I went after for Dr. Martens shoes and Ana literally shared all the experience about taking care of leather shoes with me. She’s very helpful and answered all my questions.
