He organised my prescription for a pair of near and far sighted frames. I returned today to pick up my new frames and was greeted by Jen, with a welcoming smile and she was amazing getting my frames fitted properly before I left. Karl & Jen have made me a loyal customer their customer service is top notch! An asset to the business.”

The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. “I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. I came in a bit unsure, but thanks to her guidance I found the perfect piece from the new collection and I loved it so much I wore it straight away! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.”

“Didn't have my glasses on and paid for items that must've been scanned before I used the checkout. I didn't realise until I left the store. When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!”

“This is a smaller Woolworth store focusing on the smaller variety of items due to the busy and premium location. In spite of the smaller stock levels, the variety is well maintained and well displayed too. The aisles are wide and clean. The store layout is very intuitive and focuses on deli, quick bites and coffee. Self service check outs are available too with quick payment options. The location is easily accessible but parking is at a premium and very hard to find. Well recommended to get a quick bite or grab smaller items instead of a complete week or month full of shopping.”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”
