Jennifer is an absolute gem. Had a great chat with her, and she gave me some amazing recommendations. My wife has already stolen my new shirts so I will have to come back to say hi and purchase some more:D
Very pushy sales person. Made me feel very uncomfortable returning a jacket that did not fit. Was going on about how because of me they won't make budget for the store, like it's my fault. Kept asking if I'm sure I didn't want to keep it - for a $400 jacket it has to fit properly and at that price I expect better service. I won't be returning.
I will never buy from this store again. This is the second time I’ve been here and the lady behind the counter refused to help me. She was extremely rude and frustrated when asking questions. Terrible service
Jennifer was truly fantastic. Wonderful recommendations and solid knowledge of her stock. Made everything easy and fun.

Terrible customer service. When you sell clothes that are that expensive, you should make sure your customer service is on point. I will not return to this store as their customer service is literally terrible!
