   Cassandra was very friendly and understanding about the loss of my Mother. With the help of the beautiful Tanya, they quickly found the fare I was after to Frankfurt. Cassandra also organised a Eurail Pass for me and told me what needs to happen these days and gave me a print out of instructions to follow, but also made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns to come back to her. I spent alot of money that morning, but I came away very happy knowing that I had achieved my goal of starting to get my life together again with the kind help from Cassandra and Tanya.
